We are confident that you won’t ever need to send a BluZen product back. The product can be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date if it is unfortunate that it is damaged, incorrect, or expired.
Please send an email with photographs of the invoice and the item along with your order number to info@bluzen.in Within 24 hours, we will reply to your email and make arrangements to dispatch your order to you as originally intended.
Please be aware that you can only return unused items. Products may not be returned under any other circumstances besides those listed above.
If: returns are not allowed because of
The Product(s) is damaged.
It is missing a bill.
It has undergone modification.
It is without its original packaging.
REFUND POLICY
If we receive your refund request and approve the return, we will start processing your refund within three business days.
There will be bank transfers used for refunds. There will be no cash returns given. After 4 to 8 working days of initiating your refund, it will be credited to the account or source that was used to pay for your order. Please be aware that a number of third organizations, like banks and payment gateways, will have an impact on when the actual account credit occurs.
